What happened in here where it went from excellent care to being rude to the patient & ignoring scary symptoms that are documented with another hospital & medics? It’s really scary. 🥹
They have too many patients to treat them properly. It takes TWO WEEKS to send o pre-authorization to your insurance. Most places do it the same day. When I asked why … the answer was… too many parents…
Visit was good; No issues or complaints.
Ashley is a horrible receptionist with little to no manners. Why my family funds this hospital is beyond me as there care has gone way down .
