Office staff is very rude on the phone and talked to me in a very condescending way.
Our son had a referral from the ER for a heart monitor. The ER stated they would have a nurse put it on in the next couple days then we would need an appointment to go over the results. That was what it was like for me so no problem. I was shocked when I called to make an appointment with a nurse for the monitor and the receptionist stated it would be a month. I told her we had already been see in the ER and they have determined this was the next step. She stated he needed to be seen by one of their cardiologists and there w... read more
