I arrived 10 minutes late due to horrendous traffic in rain, and they refused to let me see the doctor. Supposedly they have a 7 minute late policy that is not communicated when you book the appointment nor is there a sign that states it at the reception. The receptionist refused to even ask the provider whether they would see me for the shorter time but she refused to ask. My daughter had an appointment for an IUD removal and a new insertion over winter break. It was a very traumatic experience to say the least. They had difficulty with removal (Mirena), so much that they brought in a midwife and another doctor to assist. They gave her NOTHING to manage the pain. They also told her that she might need to go into ER surgery if they were unable to extract the IUD. This was barbaric. DO BETTER!! Discuss pain management first with a provider. Walk away if they don't take it seriously.

Got lost (clinic address from MyChart takes you to a completely different building). By the time I turned back and got close to the actual building (had to search provider name), called front desk to verify and told them I’m in the garage. Checked in online and pressed ‘I’m here’ option [this should have skipped reception checkin and they call you back when the room is ready!]. So I checked physical in at 9mins past start time. Everyone at this location is so nice, professional, and very quick to respond and handle things. I would recommend all my family members and friends to make appts w/ Swedish!!!
