Dr. Sniezek performed a lymph node removal on me 5 years ago, and my surgery process from scheduling to post op was seamless, even during the height of the pandemic. I healed extremely well from my surgery, and don’t even have a scar left which is amazing. Absolute nightmare trying to get referral approved in order to see the surgeon. Took over a month. Referral was lost, no one would call me back. They said they were short staffed and then someone was on vacation and then they had a new nurse. After all the excuses and waiting I was finally given an appt over a month out. Now ten days before my appointment they called to tell me they no longer take my insurance and asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment.
