Just spent two months going back-and-forth with scheduling finally got my referral there just to find out you cannot schedule an appointment at this location. Unbelievable.
Trying to schedule an appointment for a colonoscopy here is like trying to schedule an audience with the Queen of England. For days I’ve been calling and have been left on hold with an annoying voice interrupting the staticky hold music every 30 seconds to tell me all care givers are busy. On hold for over half an hour each time. I guess I’ll go to Capitol Hill instead of my own neighborhood.
