I had a great experiance at Swedish Gastroenterology in Issaquah. Was so happy I made my appointmnet there. Starting from scheduling to the end of the proceure and billing - everything was perfect!
Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone and sometimes they call you back when you leave a call back number and sometimes they don’t. When they call you back, you are transferred to another department that doesn’t answer the phone. Beware that you may waste many hours trying to speak to someone here. They are the worst. Wish I would have read the reviews before playing their games.
Be careful before you do any business with Swedish Gastroenterology - Issaquah, I had a video chat visit for about 30 min with them, and got bill $560
The. Absolute. Worst. For procedures like a colonoscopy or endoscopy, the doctors and nurses are skilled and very friendly. But every other aspect of the experience is beyond awful. I should note that this is a marked change from my experience with them 11 years ago. Just getting in to see someone was a challenge. They never call you back when they say they will, causing unnecessary delays and follow-ups.
