Professional and great staff!
The best experience were the nurses. The IV Nurse Shiva was so AMAZING. Very kind and gentle. IV placement is ALWAYS an issue for me because I am a short Asian woman. Shiva had no issue. I barely felt the needle go in AND I could move my hand comfortably after it was in. This was a good thing because I had to wait an hour to go in. Usually IV placement hurts like the dickens and I am told that I SHOULD expect mild discomfort. Well I had ZERO discomfort for the first time EVER in my lifetime. I had a great experiance at Swedish Gastroenterology in Issaquah. Was so happy I made my appointmnet there. Starting from scheduling to the end of the proceure and billing - everything was perfect!
Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone and sometimes they call you back when you leave a call back number and sometimes they don’t. When they call you back, you are transferred to another department that doesn’t answer the phone. Beware that you may waste many hours trying to speak to someone here. They are the worst. Wish I would have read the reviews before playing their games.
