I had my colonoscopy here last Friday and it was a great experience, the prep not so much. My surgery slot was pushed back by about an hour which was fine. The team from the Nurses, to techs to the Doctors were fabulous. I had my first procedure here 8 years ago and will most likely be back for my next one.
Good luck even getting someone on the phone to get an appointment. The ARPN that finally saw was not serious about her job.
Swedish gastroenterology is the worst. It's a colonoscopy mill. Do not expect results resulting in any improvement to your health. I made 7 phone calls to them during March 2026. For most calls I was told I was somewhere between 65th and 73rd caller. Twice after getting through, after waiting between 60 and 90 minutes, I was disconnected before being able to ask for an appointment. Finally I was seen by a PA, who I was told while getting the appointment would be a nurse practitioner a position far higher than mere PA. The wo... read more
