This is the first review I’ve ever left but I felt that it’s the only way to take any sort of action after the poor “care” that I received here. Went in to have my shoulder looked at after two weeks of pain and discomfort hoping to diagnose the actual issue. Explained to the nurse practitioner that I’m very physically active and assuming it could be an overuse injury, also told her I’ve been taking ibuprofen and icing it. Despite what other reviewers said, I had a great experience here. I called in the morning and secured an appointment for later that morning. I showed up a little early. I was greeted by pleasant polite smiling faces, treated with respect, received the treatment that I required and was out in about 45 minutes. Make an appointment. Be a little early. Be specific about your medical issue. And be respectful. I highly recommend this place.
