I arrived a touch late, the walgreens escalator was out and there was no signage for where I needed to go. When I got to the desk, and they noticed me, I was 6 minutes late. They told me someone else was waiting and that I had forfeited my appt, because they only wait for 5 minutes. I think they liked the person who was waiting, and so they threw me under the bus. WORST DR APPT EXPERIENCE EVER.

The clinic area is very clean and I was able to make an appointment for the same day in 5 minutes over the phone. There's also online or walk-up options. The nurse that attended me was professional, polite and used high-quality equipment to diagnose my symptoms and confirm what I was down with. They accept Apple health and can give prescriptions if needed. I would recommend here if you're looking for a "Minute Clinic" that provides a pleasant, high quality experience.

Not urgent care despite what Google says. I called and was argued with by the call center on what "Express Care" vs "Urgent Care" is. I said over and over they need to get this changed on the site so noone shows up expecting to be seen immediately.

Says they are open until 8pm but apparently they close early if there are no appointments scheduled. This isn’t really a walk-in urgent care.
