Had a colonoscopy this morning and Dr. Jhun and her team were fantastic. I asked for no sedation and was able to watch the whole procedure on screen. Instead of just blowing air, they also used water irrigation, so it was more comfortable than just air might have been. A great experience from start to finish.
I just spent 46 minutes on the phone with their scheduling department trying to reschedule a colonoscopy/endoscopy. Spent about 10 minutes on hold in a queue of 5 only to be told I had to be transferred to another queue of 7 and then told again I had to transfer to a different department because of needing 2 procedures done at the same time. It took 3 different people to tell me that all this needs to be handled by "the Doctor's Coordinator". Every phone call with them just gets worse, last week when I tried to reschedule I ... read more
I had Colonoscopy procedure done this morning at Swedish Edmonds with Dr David Patterson. The whole experience was great, Dr Patterson, Anesthesiologist dr, and nurses are all very friendly, informative, and on time, actually earlier than i expected. Thank you Swedish Edmonds!
