Waited forever for referral got denied because they said I had established care already. I said yes from where I lived previously. I moved and need new care. The lady on the phone was short and rude the entire time. Wouldn’t answer questions, wound not help me, and while I was in the middle of asking a question she hung up on me. If you are LGBTQIA+ I’d suggest not going here. A friend of mine waited the 10 days and the lady told him that the review of the referral from his PCP hasn’t been done, and she’d send a message to the doctor for review. Next day she calls and says that they can’t take him as a patient, he tries to ask how to send proof of his injury from his other pain med doctor that is 2.5 hours away so they can reassess and she then uses his name (fake name for privacy) “Jack, we aren’t accepting new patients at this time “ So why didn’t ... read more

These people clearly do not care about their patient. I waited three months for my appointment and when I got there they wanted to reschedule for another three months. When I said out loud " God damnit!" They said that I lost my privilege to ever be seen by a doctor there. Don't waste your time waiting for your appointment. Find a different clinic to help.

Outstanding! More compassion, care, knowledge and skills than all of the others combined. First and only pain management specialists who treat us with trust and respect, don't shove a sample cup at us the second we walk in the door, then shuffle us through the rest of the visit like they've their job, now GTFO. They have me feeling a lot better, on less opiates.
