I just want to say that both Thuy and Dr. Zhou are great, and appreciate everything they did for me so quickly! My Botox was denied 4 times at Polyclinic over a year period. They could not get it approved, so I switched my care to Swedish. My Botox was denied again, but Thuy got the appeal approved within a 2 weeks time since the denials. I couldn’t believe it. I had lost hope insurance was never going to approve and they did it!! It gave me so much hope! I finally got the Botox and Dr. Zhou made sure I was comfortable. I wa... read more
