Lack good customer service
They close for labs at 5:00pm, was in line at 4:40pm and got turned away. I’ve been to other lab locations who take you in at 4:50pm, it’s usually quick. I should have gone to one I’ve been to before, but I learned my lesson. Don’t waste your time. I drove an hour to get here after work, to say I’m mad is an understatement. Change your hours online to match the fact that you guys “must leave at 5.”
Specifically Rochelle has terrible customer service, she is very unprofessional. Love my Dr.
