Absolutely terrible service, my kid went here to get a physical before surgery, the doctor didn’t send the records to the surgeon, we went there twice and both times the doctor didn’t send the records. When I decided to take matters into my owns hands these people failed to give me the records in timely manner resulting in the surgery being cancelled and us losing the deposit. Avoid at all costs.
Made an appointment for 7:15 when I got here I told 7:15 was my “arrival” time and my appointment wasn't actually until 7:30. Had i know that I would've picked a earlier time so i can make it to work on time.
I called on a busy Wednesday afternoon and Mary was so charismatic and charming. She was wonderful. Very accommodating.

I have been seeing my primary doctor here for six years, and I have no complaints about the doctors. However, their referral department does not seem to be functioning well. I saw my doctor on January 2nd and have been asking for an authorized referral for about a month now. I still have not received it, and it has been impossible to talk to the person in charge.
