Rude receptionist by the lab area with the typical attitude. The phlebotomist was an old angry woman, acting like a boss, forcing her own laws, super slow to waste more time. When you checked in, they would tell you the lie of waiting time of 40 minutes bcuz we only have 1 or 2 technicians. This 40 minutes waite is actually 2 hours long... If they are that busy, they should have respectful professional staff.
