Such a poor experience. Walked in to a very dark, outdated, dirty waiting room, the staff behind the desk are on their phones, there are large poorly constructed covid blocking windows which probably aren’t even necessary as the staff is a good 6 feet away from you behind a desk. They could care less that you’ve arrived. I’d like to know why they have me arrive at 10 for a 10:30 appointment? Classic Swedish issue. They overbook their doctors (can’t get in for months, stuck waiting for hours despite arriving on time). No respect for patients.
Worst experience I've ever had in terms of care. The triage nurse doesn't return calls and Dr. Pollock has no people skills. They do not listen to your concerns or down play them. Swedish has gone so down hill and I would never refer my friends or family.
It’s weird that you need to get a code from the receptionist to get into the rest rooms. Is this a restaurant in which you need a code since it’s not …? Crap!!!
