Classic Swedish issue. They overbook their doctors (can’t get in for months, stuck waiting for hours despite arriving on time). No respect for patients.
Worst experience I've ever had in terms of care. The triage nurse doesn't return calls and Dr. Pollock has no people skills. They do not listen to your concerns or down play them. Swedish has gone so down hill and I would never refer my friends or family.
It’s weird that you need to get a code from the receptionist to get into the rest rooms. Is this a restaurant in which you need a code since it’s not …? Crap!!!
I was a patient for approximately 3 years dealing with an ongoing issue. Dr. Hawkins was a godsend who was able to diagnose and treat my condition when other doctors I saw couldn’t. She and the staff were very cordial, knowledgeable and understanding, and were ultimately able to resolve the issue and let me get on with my life. Nobody truly wants to have to see a specialist of this type, but I recommend this office if you are ever in need of one.
My family has been trying to schedule and almost a month now with no callback!
