Unprofessional front desk. Training and consistency with information is sorely lacking. When they make a mistake (happens quite often) blame is incorrectly centered on the patient. Their arrogance is only eclipsed by their ignorance. I filed a formal complaint with The Department of Health (DOH).

My father was a patient at Swedish Oncology, specifically under the supervision of Dr. Xie. The entire department was pure class, professionally and personally. The individuals encountered at the front desk, the nurses, the social workers, and the doctors couldn't have been friendlier. During a difficult period, these people were gracious and the kind spirits we needed, along with providing excellent medical care. Dr. XI is my Oncologist at Swedish Issaquah. He is the most professional and happy doctor I have ever met. Even when I see him, I feel happy. He even knows the Puerto Rican song Despasito. and he sings it for me. His assistants are all great. Dr. XI cured my Non Hutchkin Lymphoma lV.

Showed up early for my appointment waited an additional 45 minutes. Never heard back for weeks about my results. Then I got a strange voice mail about having a negative result but was told I would have to make other arrangements to discuss the information because my doctor would not be back for months as she was subpoenad to a criminal trial. So now I am just here with the knowledge something is wrong but can't get to know what.
