Met with Angela on Zoom and she was amazing. She really listened to me, offered some great advice, and I’m looking forward to our next session together.
I needed care for ADHD. These people jerked me around for months and two visits before telling me that they were refusing to help me because I might have autism as well. This is not a reasonable requirement, since having autism does not change the treatment for ADHD, but why didn't they say so at the first appointment??
Over a month I am trying to make an appointment with referral from primary doctor. I call, no one answer. Left voicemails. Couple days later they call when I’m at work. Messaged them about making an appointment, they respond it must done by phone. This is 2022, and you can’t even talk to someone in SWEDISH Behavioral health clinic to make an appointment. Just curious how they follow up with their patients and …!
