Newly diagnosed at old age I liked the care given. Diabetes Center on 7th floor. Individual educational classes are clear and prepared for questions.
The elderly door greeter man was extremely disrespectful to my mother, almost to the point of tears! Absolutely unacceptable and I will continue complaining until he is fired
Samantha is wonderful. But if you plan on moving or transferring your care good luck. I moved 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for my patient records to be transferred to a doctor in Arizona. They said they sent them and when I called 1 week later, I found out they were never sent so I guess I’ll just get my 20 week ultrasound at 22 weeks along. Office staff is unreliable.
