The staff is very rude here.
My mom is the patient and I come to support her with her IVIg infusions each month. We have no complaints. The parking tenant is also very helpful as we come in and as we leave will ask if the appointment went.
I called the clinic 3 times to reschedule from a pm to am time. The office did not have enough staff to answer the phone and they did not have the phone set to leave a message. Therefore, I had to do an infusion pm that made the results less accurate. I arrived in the am and they also could not fit me in earlier and the session could not be rescheduled given it's urgency.
