I've never thought to write a review for an infusion center but my experience here yesterday was horrible. First of all it took 2 weeks to even connect with someone because their voicemail is very confusing and set up incorrectly. If you follow the prompts to connect with someone it says "the clinic has experienced an unforeseen event, call back later." That inspires confidence! The staff is very rude here.
My mom is the patient and I come to support her with her IVIg infusions each month. We have no complaints. The parking tenant is also very helpful as we come in and as we leave will ask if the appointment went.
