Chad is very disability friendly. I have autism and find a lot of social situations stressful and chad always makes going in to get my car fixed stress free. He explains things extremely well without making you feel dumb and is always so happy and willing to help. Swedes is the only place I will take my car. Very honest and very friendly.
I've known Chad ever since I was a little one. Even on his bad days, he's a very patient man. Always professional. True five star business.
On a rural Wisconsin road, we hear a "pop". Ten minutes later, the tire pressure low indicator flashes. What to do? and quickly? Luckily we found Swede's Service. They provided the kind of service one only dreams of most of the time. First, they stopped everything to look at our tires immediately when we limped in. They quickly found the leaky tire and knew exactly how to pinpoint the leak. After a quick shot of "magic tire goop", we were good to go. And were told the tire should be as good as new.
You can't go wrong here
Great last minute service after the wheel bearing went out. We are not from River Falls but truly appreciated the last minute fix to get us back on the road. Would recommend them to anyone. Very helpful and professional service!
