I had an older Volvo with high mileage and found the service and costs at Sweden's Pride to be excellent. I trust them. I have recently acquired another used Volvo and will visit Sweden's Pride for my service needs. I was surprised to read the negative comments and wanted to balance the reviews with a positive one.

Most horrible experience ever. Jim D they ARE crooks. See my review on yelp. They were shady, sexist, rude, intimidating, conniving, and a HUGE ripoff!!! volvo people must be used to being swindled, but as a honda owner I was amazed at their overpricing. They'll quote low on the phone and seem super nice and then trap you! since they are sexist; ladies may want to hire a male intimidator to beat them at their sleazy game. omg.

I don't think they know what they are doing. Supposedly ran a diagnostic, came up with a really expensive repair, and missed other things entirely. Wanted to charge 1000.00 for a repair I had done elsewhere for 275.00. They are crooks, morons, or incompetent, I am not sure which.

Excellent Volvo Service – We own two Volvo's with fairly high mileage on them. We have been using Sweden's ride for many years. Bob and Stuart have been great to work with. They get the diagnosis right and give alternatives to keep the repair costs within reason. Much better that going to a dealer for quality Volvo service.
