Most horrible experience ever. See my review on yelp. They were shady, sexist, rude, intimidating, conniving, and a HUGE ripoff!!! I have Swedish ancestry and this did not give me Swedish pride. Volvo people must be used to being swindled, but as a Honda owner I was amazed at their overpricing. They're diagnostics included a bunch of nonsense including obvious things I'd gotten done at other shops earlier that week. A great place for people who don't know anything about their car.
