Three weeks ago I realized I need to make some drastic changes in my life. At that point I began looking for a place to workout. I saw an ad on Facebook for the Sweatshop. I signed up for more information. When Matt called I felt like I was speaking with someone who gets it. I decided to give it a try. I have only been there twice but it has been wonderful. Went on 10/14/25 for the first time. Loved the workout loved the owner Matt. He is amazing treats everyone with respect and so much care. He is really there to help each individual with their goal. Looking forward to continuing my journey with them. 100% satisfied. Thanks Matt for helping me get back on track!!!
Sweatshop was fun and engaging, however, as excited as I thought I would be in the soft floors my knees did not share the same excitement. I wonder if I was standing in a spot that was not the right support for my needs 🤷♀️
This is my 3rd week and 5th class at Sweatshop, and I’m so glad I joined! I love the variety of classes that are offered to keep it exciting and challenging. Matt has also gone out of his way to make me feel welcomed from Day 1 and has helped me to set realistic fitness and nutrition goals to get healthy. The facility is also clean and spacious with a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend giving Sweatshop a try!
