The people are friendly, the trainers are fantastic and the place is fun!! You can go at your own pace in the classes and modifications are available for every move. Highly recommend this high energy Sweatshop!
I just started going to this awesome place. Coach Matt is a wonderful caring guy with nothing but positive vibes oozing out of him along with Coach Jim, cheering everybody on. This dynamic duo run this gym like "The party don't start 'til I walk in . . ." They make everybody feel like they were just waiting for you to get here. Their teaching style is awesome. As a 60 year old over weight woman they make sure I go at the level that makes me comfortable.
I’ve been at the sweatshop for almost a month….honestly, I wish I had found this place sooner! It’s becoming my happy place. You can do classes in person or on zoom, which for a busy mom is a great option. And the trainers….FANTASTIC! They make each workout session fun and entertaining. The owner, Matt, he knows everyone’s name. If you are looking for a non-traditional workout place where you can truly be yourself, look no further than the sweatshop!!
Everyone has been great and super helpful during this weightloss journey!
