One of my clients recommended me contrast therapy at my job. As a massage therapist I'm always looking for new things to try to reduce pain. Facility very clean. At first I didn't think it was for me especially the first 30 seconds in the cold plunge but after that initial shock I say that it's one of the wellness modalities I personally love for pain reduction. This place was absolutely amazing! My body has felt so much better after starting contrast therapy. My pants fit better and I’ve even been asked at work if I’ve lost weight! Contrast therapy definitely helps with relaxing the body and contributing to better sleep! Haley was excellent in getting us started! I would recommend this for everyone to try!
