Clean, great service, employees are very knowledgeable and everything works as expected. Monthly rate is very fair for you to go 4 times a month too. Highly recommend it!

At first I was a bit skeptical. Specially because I am not a fan of the cold. 🥶But, after trying out for the first time, I became obsessed with this place! I love that you get your own suite for an hour with a private shower as well. By the way, it’s a Vitamin C shower!!!! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Great value with the membership considering the benefits. Beautiful, clean, minimal decor + private, adjustable, straightforward ritual. Not a social experience, just the hot and the cold and the feeling good and on with your day. I love the timer keeps track but the tv can distract if needed. I love the eucalyptus very cold compress. Remember to bring your water bottle.
