My daughter and I had a great experience!
Very easy process to check-in upon arrival and get into our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The sauna was excellent as well as the cold plunge. Would recommend and visit again.

I purchased two intro passes on Black Friday. One for myself and one for my husband. We used the passes once. I went back today and was told the remaining 6 passes had expired. I was never told the passes had an expiration when I bought these and I’m livid. I wasted nearly $200 and got nothing for it. This place is a scam. I wouldn’t recommend d it. They have ongoing problems with their app and scheduling as well.
Amazing experience. Kennedy helped me out and they have so many options for flexibility. The private space was so lovely to focus and try each thing at your own pace. I will definitely be back
