Staff is great. Very encouraging and they help tailor the workouts for my bad knees.
No issues with the workout itself. I think it's a great concept. However, it's just another scam trying to get out of the contract. I spoke to their headquarters in Florida in November because that is who was handling the contracts and payments. The woman I spoke to on the phone told me that if I didn't call back in December my membership would be canceled and I wouldn't be charged for January. So I thought I was good.
