Great way to relax and unwind while swearing out and soaking up the benefits of light therapy in their indoor dry spa. Can’t wait to get back to using their services.
This place was fantastic. The hostesses were pleasant, and, eager to help. They also explained everything thoroughly. The eucalyptus towels feel like heaven when you’re done. Every muscle is my body was relaxed when we were done. The oxygen bar and the zero gravity massage chair was wonderful and added extra relaxation after the sauna itself. We had the best experience ever and will be back to purchase a package.
I wasn’t sure what to expect but was amazed. Beautiful relaxing and lady feeling better than I have in a long time. Left feeling like a new person. Can’t wait to go again. Do it!! You won’t be disappointed.
My first experience with Sweat Spa was excellent and manager Kaitlin was wonderful! I found them through Facebook and I was not disappointed. The sauna helped to relieve most of my headache I had and the full body massage chair worked out the rest of my aches and pains. I would highly recommend them!!!
I went in yesterday for my free trial and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and loved the cucumber water and freezing towels when you came out of the sauna. The oxygen was interesting and I loved finishing up with the chair massage. I felt so relaxed when I left. I wish it was a little closer to my home as my work commute is the opposite direction from them and my home. I would definitely recommend this place.
