The sweat is really cool and relaxing. The manger, Amy is friendly but she needs to hire better staff. The first time was a school girl that had no idea about hours or services. Second time I felt like I was intruding on the snooty woman working there. I was early and she told me as soon as it stops I need to hurry to leave. I don't think this is good advice as you get dizzy getting out so quick. Also, no one else came in as I was there so why the hurry?? Plus I was early!
Extremely inviting space. A great addition brought to the Jackson Metro area. Loved it!
I have been a member for about 4 months. I can feel the difference in my week when I don't go. When I go I my lower back is painless, I feel refreshed and energized the next day. Simply just go and try it, you will love yourself just a little more.
Wow!!! This was absolutely incredible. I feel so relaxed and my joints, open. I sweat buckets!!! This is a must do!
