RecommendedThe medicinal and health benefits can not be overlooked here. I’ve been a member for almost a year and the sweat experience I have here is always rewarding, relaxing, and refreshing. I absolutely love this place. In addition they now have Township Nutrition that provides healthy and delicious teas (my favorite) and shakes. Perfect place for Mississippi a place that needs more healthy places like this.

This place is a GODSEND! I hadn't used an infrared sauna since I left Ann Arbor last year and my body showed it! Since I've been going, I can see a difference-getting back to my old self!😀
