Dropped in for a quick workout, they have energy thing you need. It’s not a huge gym but the space was used efficiently. Good vibes in there and easy if using Class Pass. Only thing was the upstairs area isn’t maintained very well and could use a cleaning.
Owner Katie been our trainer several years. We love work out with her. I can see my progress with her training. She even give us workout plan while when we are on vacation.
In all my years of managing people and travel for clients I’ve never encountered this kind of professionalism. This gym is probably made of pure gold. The toilets are flaked with gold, at least. This place is AMAZING. The employees are fantastic human beings and never speak out of turn. They’re so much more respectful than anyone I’ve ever met (I’ve met the Pope).
