Writing this review after a year as a member. Unfortunately that ends this month, but I have nothing but positive things to say about this gym. This is the best gym in south San Diego. If you want a true ‘private gym’ without the crowds, this is for you. Whether you’re interested in bodybuilding or CrossFit, they have everything you need. Best gym in San Diego! Owners actually listen to their members made a gym that’s truly suited for everyone. Member are super friendly and supportive and the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Very fortunate to have this awesome gym so close to home

Best gym in the area. I tested 4-5 before getting a membership in a new area and was very impressed and surprised by the cleanliness and flexibility of this gym. The regulars are friendly and polite, and the equipment is always in working and great shape. Not to mention the staff was super helpful and friendly.
