I lived at 1201 Liberty Street for 6 years. Before that I lived for over a year on Mosier in another SWB Property...In both locations, I found a treasure. Roland. Roland is the best property manager ever! He is very responsive and always does such a beautiful job taking care of all the properties that he manages. I moved into the 1201 Liberty Street apartments over a month ago. Roland, the property manager, went out of his way to get me into the apartment on the move-in date I needed. He has a great attitude and responds quickly when I need help. The apartment is clean and well maintained, as are the grounds and the laundry room. Under Rolland’s management, the vibe in the complex is very welcoming and friendly. My cat is settling into our new place and loves to watch the kids laughing and playing out the window.
We lived in our townhouse for two years and loved every minute of it! We moved to Albany from Brooklyn and Roland was such a huge help throughout that process. From then on, he was always on top of everything, fielded all of our questions, and was always proactive about solutions. On top of that, our townhouse was new, renovated, and unique.

Enjoyed being a part of this community for 6 years! Roland was an attentive & respectful landlord. Issues were addressed promptly, messages responded to in a timely manner & I especially appreciated that he only ever entered the house when necessary. No one really wants to be bothered by their landlord We loved that we could live there with our dogs. The property was well kept & neighbors were also respectful. I highly recommend working with this company to find a place to live.
