Stay clear of this guy. I bought a house from him in TN. I had a one year warranty on the house. He made some cheap minor repairs but when larger issues happened he would not return phone calls and ended up not paying for repairs he should have. The day I actually moved in some painters never paid showed up at my new house looking for him saying they needed their money.
