Unfortunately the new manger and security they can’t enforce the law so if you want to file complaint or community concern don’t expect the new manger he will answer your email and security they said they can’t do much call the police. We used to have amazing security gives us feeling we are safe but not anymore The old manger she used to communicate and never ignored problems or not answering emails back. How sad the new situation

She was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to my needs, answering all my questions thoroughly. They weren't the company I was trying to to reach but the woman was friendly and funny. Made me smile to chat with her.
The units are poorly assembled. My Washing Machine leaks, the towel rack hangs loosely on the wall, and the microwave display is broken (this was all this way at move-in). Beyond that they frequently rent out their pool deck for events so if you have a unit by the pool be prepared to have third rate cover bands and DJ's blasting music loud enough that not even noice cancelling earphones will block out the sound in the evening.
