Andre has been incredibly accommodating! He made the whole process so smooth and is honestly one of the main reasons I chose this building and moved in so quickly. Lupe was also amazing, friendly, and professional every step of the way. The units are beautiful with thoughtful final touches, the amenities are fantastic, and the location is peaceful yet convenient. Truly a wonderful experience and I’m so happy to call Sway home!
Worst place to live with new management Nonstop noise from upstairs neighbors — stomping, jumping, vibrations through the ceiling. Management does nothing. The on-site manager is dismissive and rude, and security tells you to call the police knowing they won’t help. Greystar runs this building, but they ignore tenant concerns. For what you pay, you deserve peace and respect — not constant stress and silence from management.
Please look else where much better complex’s in the area where you don’t have to deal with management like here. The new manager Lupe should never of got hired. It’s quickly going to down, the location is great but you should not pay that much to have to deal with management in that manner. You can’t live at peace there without him harassing you.
I had one of the most disappointing experiences with Sways management for a tour. The general manager was unprofessional, unreliable, and demonstrated behavior that I found both concerning and dishonest. I had a tour scheduled for Monday and received a confirmation email. When I arrived, two staff members were present, but neither could provide the tour. Initially, I was told my name wasn't in the system, then I was informed that my confirmation wasn't valid.
