Extremely disappointed with Lupe and the front staff. Constant Airbnbs/VRBOs and no heads up for constant construction. Noisy and dirty. Beware.
Poor management!! Save yourself time and look elsewhere. The staff is not comforting at all.
This has been one of the worst management experiences I’ve had. Lupe has been extremely difficult to deal with, and communication has been inconsistent, misleading, and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve issues, the experience has only created more frustration. Tenants deserve honest communication, accountability, and basic professionalism from management.
Extremely disappointing management experience. The manager has been unhelpful, unresponsive, and seems to create more problems than solutions. Many residents feel ignored, and basic issues are not handled with the urgency or professionalism tenants deserve. Communication feels fake and dismissive, and overall the management has made living here far more frustrating than it should be. Not sure how this here became a manager of this community.
Extremely disappointing experience with management at Sway Santa Monica. Guests connected to our unit were confronted in a way that made them feel unsafe and unwelcome, including threats involving police/trespass and towing. Instead of handling any concern directly and professionally with the resident, management chose to involve and intimidate guests, including a family with children.
