This place was amazing from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was great, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. The table we were originally seated at wasn’t very comfortable for our group, so I asked our waiter if we could move. They accommodated us without any issue, which I really appreciated. Son In Law. period.
The food was great. We had two different curries and a dish called "Son-in-law". Everything was really good. The green chicken curry was the best. The ice cream to finish the meal was great. The server was prompt but we were newbies here and were not ready to order when first asked. It took a lengthy period of time for him to come and get our order after that. Solid 4 stars for the food. We had a party of four adults and two kids (including two vegetarians), and the menu accommodated us well. The standard fried rice is phenomenal and a must-order! The Po-pea jay was also great, while the veggie Shu Mai was just average. Two things I wouldn't recommend: the drinks (extremely watered down) and the $40 crab fried rice.
