I absolutely love this practice Dr Swauger and Samantha Robison are great! They listen , they care, they make sure you are taken care of!
It is no secret that I think dr. Swauger is one of if not the best doctor I have ever seen in my life.. She's thorough, she's carrying and she actually listens... She has taken care of me for many, many years and has also taking care of my children since they were a few days old.. The staff is great, easy to deal with and also very caring.
Dr. Swauger is an excellent doctor. She takes the time to listen. Very pleased with how she has cared for my children.
I like Dr Swauger but also get excellent care by her associate Dr Ayersman she will work with you and I'm well satisfied with my treatment so far if there is a medication you can't take Dr Ayersman will work with to give you the medication that does help you.
Generally my experience with Mon-Vale has been good. The doctors and nurse practioner spend a lot of time with me, and are very thorough. However, at the end of my last visit, they brought in to the room a Highmark representative who apparently has an office there. I really wasn't comfortable with her sudden last minute pop-in, and her comments and questions, which included her needing my contact information. The whole thing seemed like an ambush. Be advised, Highmark patients.
Dr. Swauger is extremely knowledgable. Comprehensive care is provided in an unrushed environment and support staff is friendly and educated.
