I had the same experience as Lauren. She did not show up to two appointments. When I reached out to her after waiting for 15 minutes 1 time and 30 minutes another time, she responded running late I will call you if you are still available. If I could give her 0 stars I would. I do not recommend her to anyone. She is by far one of the worst providers I have ever encountered.
She called me a liar and withdrew medication for my brain injury. I thought I would be with Burrell until I died. The parts of my brain that died aren't coming back. I'm calling her a liar. I have been nothing but cooperative. She's nonsense, and serves her own purpose. Worst. She should not be in charge of ANYONE'S mental health.
Started phone pysch consults started me on meds then disappeared leaving me out of my medication script canceled appointments last minute and didn’t show up for one phone call appointment. Would not recommend
