She is by far the best gynecologist, very thorough and informative. She is professional and understanding. I had a procedure done in her office and she explained everything step by step and guided me through it all, I would totally recommend her as your MD for sure!
Both the mom and the daughter are excellent doctors. They are caring attentive. I had a c-section and healed rapidly with no complications. I am seeing her again for my third pregnancy.
Dr. Swathi Arekapudi is the BEST OB I've ever been to- and I've been to soo because I move all the time. She really cares about her patients and remembers you even tho she sees you once a year. I will NEVER go to another OB in Chicago. She is also a specialist which means she can do all the procedures you need to be under for- a lot of OB's would have to hand you over to a colleague. I highly recommend her!
The short version: I got what I needed from my new patient appointment (new Rx, annual exam), but the inefficiency was very frustrating. The long version: I arrived 20 minutes early for a new patient appointment at 2pm. A stack of paperwork was given to me at 5 minutes before 2pm, which I handed back over to the receptionist 10 minutes later.
