Total scammers. Require a full year payment up front, show up a couple of times (and do nothing), then stop coming altogether. They've been kicked out of our neighborhood countless times, and just don't seem to learn. This father and son con duo belongs in jail.
Sorry I paid up-front! – Where to start... He makes you pay up front, $200 for 6 months (not a bad price). My neighbor and I both signed up. He came the first 3 months.
