Very well done! Excellent radon mitigation service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, neat, and precise. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean. The installation was done carefully and looks very professional. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them!
Would not recommend this company! I asked to be installed away from the deck to avoid noise and was told it could not be done due to drilling through a concrete wall. During a subsequent service call I was told it absolutely could have been done. So I was misled. SWAT refused to relocate the unit without charging me close to what a new unit costs. They do not stand behind their work or the misleading statements from installers who don’t want to do extra work. Steer clear of this company.
The sales rep was very helpful on the phone. I got an appointment 2 weeks after I called and the gentleman who installed my system was very professional.
