Words can’t fully express how grateful I am for this company! It’s run by honest, genuine people who truly care. I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening, and they sent out a technician named Hunter; he was amazing. When he wasn’t able to resolve the issue due to a malfunction with his equipment, the owners (Cassie and Thomas) personally came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and uncovered some serious issues happening underneath my home. SWAT Plumbing absolutely did an outstanding job for me this week. The team came out after hours to help get me going, then came again the next day to finish the job with new parts. The team was professional and courteous and gave thanks to the Lord for the opportunity and ability to complete the job. We'll done! Highly Recommended.

I moved to the area two years ago and am renovating an older home that I just fell in love with. Tommy have done several major jobs including replacing the water main and connecting the home back to the city sewer. Customer service is great! They are the only people that I trust because I know that they will be fair with me. I even referred my brother to SWAT and Tommy did work on their house too. Highly recommend. Will be working with them in the future.

Charged $425 (plus tax) to replace the flush arm and flush valve in toilet tank. Granted it was an after-hours call. The new equipment he installed failed (got stuck on flush mode) after two weeks. Left two messages on his voicemail requesting him to come back and fix it. He never responded.
