Jason from SWAT Plumbing is very professional and works with integrity. I had on going issues at my home and Jason made a point to come out, evaluate and resolve the issue. Do not do business with this company. They were assigned to me by American Home Shield. I waited a week for a simple toilet "shut off valve" replacement. The day of my appointment (confirmed), no one showed. They left a message at 8pm letting me know that they wouldn't be here (really)! I was told they would call to reschedule. They sent me a text the next morning letting me know that I was next on their route. Didn't bother to ask if I was available. I spent another day waiting with no plumber. Meantime.
