The answering service took all my info and sent Conner P. out asap since we had a slight emergency. He was so amazing, honest, thorough and educated us along the way. Extremely professional and polite. Great company to work with.

Called during an emergency. They were out right away and did quality work.
They charged my credit card $2,500 without authorization illegally prior to work being done. We specifically told them NOT to charge the credit card the day they charged my credit card and it was because work was not done yet. Their so called plumber (that was just a sales representative) told my husband and I we pay half before work was started and half when job was done. Then he had us sign in the sunlight on his dark phone a contract that stated we were to pay before work was done. Which by the way is illegal. You can’t h... read more
