Their technician, Scott was amazing, very professional and very friendly and made my experience with them about as easy as it could possibly be.
I am always impressed with skilled workers who "go the extra mile" to take care of my plumbing needs. Erik Rivas is one of those people who went above and beyond fixing my garbage disposal. He noticed that the PVC pipes under my sink were deteriorated and needed to be replaced, so he replaced them. He also noticed that the wiring had an extra switch that was not needed, so he fixed that as well. His pleasant manner and knowledge impressed me; accordingly, I would recommend Erik Rifas to anyone who needs plumbing help 100%.
I was very pleased that they kept me informed of how long it was gonna be before they came and he fixed the problem and said if I had any issues to give them a call and they’d come back very great service
The technician was fast, professional, and did a great job.
My service was scheduled through a home warranty company. On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived approximately 8 hours late with little to no communication about the delay. After finally showing up, they only claimed to have fixed one of the four issues I mentioned. Unfortunately, the repair resulted in a leak that was not present before their visit.
