I hired SWAT Plumbing to repair a leak, but they said the dishwasher had to be removed first. From that point on, the experience was extremely frustrating. I spent over a week calling and texting with no response. Ironically, SWAT Restoration contacted me trying to sell additional services while my original issue remained unresolved. Called on a Tuesday and they sent Gerald G. out on Thursday to fix a running toilet that I had. Gerald explained and showed me the problem. Thank you Gerald G for your great attitude and professionalism and making this Army Vets day!!!

I had such a negative experience with SWAT Plumbing this past month that I won’t be using them again or recommending them to anyone. My hot water went out, so I went through my home warranty company and they sent SWAT. Two techs show up, stay for 10 minutes, and tell me the gas pressure valve isn’t working. They say the part is old and probably discontinued. They leave, call their office, and days later I’m told the part can’t be sourced and I need a whole new hot water heater.
