Couldn't get me numb, got frustrated and yelled at me for jumping when he drilled and it hurt.
This has to be one of the most unorganized, unprofessional dental practices that i have ever come acrossed in omaha. Dr. Schwartz staff along with himself where very rude regarding appointments for my children. Mistakes they made became my mistakes! I am a professional woman, and work in a professional atmosphere daily. I would never tell my customers that they are wrong! The way i was treated today by this establishment was unacceptable. Dr. Schwartz is attentive and truly cares about his patients. I am a hypochondriac and was afraid my tooth was broken. Not only did he return my call after hours on Good Friday. He allowed me to come in and put my mind at ease that my tooth was okay. I've had extensive dental work done by him. Not only is he a wonderful dentist, he is also a great conversationalist with a sense of humor. That is, if it still counts as a conversation when a drill is in your mouth. 😂 Would definitely recommend.
