I would like to give zero rating, but 1 is the minimum that I can go. The owner of the business, Michael Schwartz hardly ever showed up at the house when he was managing the project. He wanted to treat everything by text message and we would schedule calls once a month when was time to pay him. My project was a full gut renovation that needed a General Contractor. We hired him with the intention of having one experience person instead of having 2 guys without experience working on the day to day. He was really disorganized and hardly ever followed contracts’ milestones. He would get people with zero experience for certain jobs and ask them to do. Several projects were redone twice or maybe three times. Some of them, we had to hire new people after he left to redo his unpolished work. After having delays and delays, Michael decided to not complete the project. He left the project without a reason. He called his crew and asked them to pick up their machines. He probably showed up 3 times at house during one year project. I don’t recommend Michael and if you would like additional details, please contact me.

I can’t recommend these guys enough! Our house is only eighteen months old but had mildewed, because it’s surrounded by trees. Jonathan did the soft wash and our home looks like it was just painted top to bottom! He even washed the rocking chairs on the front porch! We plan to use his services at least annually and possibly semi annually. I find his prices to be very reasonable and Jonathan is extremely professional and nice. We were introduced to him by our builder and are very grateful to have met Jonathan. Highly recommend him, you won’t be disappointed!!
