RUDE STAFF/ UNHELPFUL/ SLOW One of, if not the MOST INFURIATING experiences of my life occurred while in Dr. Swartz's office. Normally, I'd look past the fact that the office is run down and in poor shape. But after being confused for a sales person, I was yelled at to "get out" multiple times. Office staff was rude, and greatly unhelpful as I tried to explain myself. And I repeat- I was screamed at. Like me, if you want to avoid be yelled at, I would avoid this Dr's office like the plague.
