This is honestly the first review i have ever done. But i felt it needed to, considering i am sure you are here for the same reasons as us. To get the best for your case. Well I suggest you find another lawyer. Do yourself a favor and do not use swartz culleton! They are awful at their job and then take more then half of your settlement. Very professional firm, easy to work with! I have worked with SwartzCulleton PC law firm regularly on multiple occasions. Every interaction with them was at the highest standard, and I found them responsive to my concerns and questions. I have also witnessed a client-centric approach. They consistently went above and beyond for the benefit of their clients. Also, they appeared to be laser-focused to gather all the information for the cases, making sure that no stones remained unturned.
The most unprofessional, pathetic excuse for so-called professionals I have ever encountered in 40 years in the legal service industry. These attorneys Brandon Swartz and Todd felzer should be disbarred immediately and not allowed to practice law. Their deliberate negligence and refusal to be honest and properly care for their clients is nothing short of criminal. This is a good law firm
Swartz Culleton law firm is a joke, You get hit by a car while walking at a crosswalk by a driver making a right on red and not yielding to walkers. You suffer a fractured tibia and a fractured femur, requiring surgery, and now with pins and plates in my leg. They did not get a very good settlement, In fact it was a joke of a settlement. Do not use this law firm. They do not care about you or your pain and suffering, nor your losses of income due to injury.
