I used to love Swartz Creek Vet. Their compassion for you and your pets was great. Now that they have become big business, they have no compassion. They are rude when you try to get answers over the phone. They have become heartless and unfriendly.

Even though I got a terrible diagnosis from the vet, the team was very compassionate and took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood all of my options. This happened during the coved quarantine so everything was crazy with the different rules and social distancing. It was my first time there, and I had to hand my little girl over to strangers to take away to examine without me.
