Horrible company , nothing more than slum lords. They rent out moldy apartments and don't care about their tenants
Shady shady shady business practices!!! Careful because they will waste your time money and energy when you could be looking elsewhere. And if your looking for anyone friendly or caring about getting you in a home might want to try a different company!!! Downright shameful!!!
The people are awesome and they always get anything fixed right away.
Hands down the best landlord I have ever had, and I do mean ever. If anything was broken the handyman was contacted and your service request was taken care of on the spot. Kellie was a dream come true! I have not stopped thinking about the quality of professionalism and communication that I had experienced from Kellie. I have since thought about coming back to Swarthout each and every time I consider moving again. Do yourself a favor and Rent from Swarthout. You are sure to love Kellie.
