Yelena and Elion are amazing! They found me things that were sold out online and in store. Yelena assured me she’d be able to find what I was looking for and she did not disappoint. They were both excellent with communication through out the process and enlightened me to Swarovski design history. They have successfully made me a fan of the brand. I just dropped by Sworsky shop without much planning, but the staff welcomed me with such kindness. They were attentive, accommodating, and made me feel valued even though I wasn’t making a big purchase. The products are excellent, and the service is even better. Highly recommend this shop!
I came into this store looking for a gift, I had the privilege of being helped by one of the store employees named Yelena. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was navigating the store and made some purchases. I am happy with the experience, thank you for the professionalism and this store is highly recommended.
