Their product broke in half when I tried to put it on after received it as a gift. I didn't drop it, just tried to put it on. They refused to give us refund but I don't want a replacement of such thing which break that easily. We will never come back again.
On 5/31, my boyfriend and I visited the Swarovski store at Short Hills Mall. We were genuinely enjoying ourselves, admiring the beautiful crystals. My boyfriend gently touched one of the pieces he was interested in, and out of nowhere, the sales associate loudly shouted, “WOAH, BE CAREFUL!” The reaction was startling and completely unnecessary the crystal wasn’t mishandled in any way. Donna was great, she greeted me with a smile when the other sales lady ignored me and told me off for touching the bracelets. Donna was patient and didn’t pressure me into making a decision right away. She made the day extra special with new bling~
Hit or miss with service. I’ve always loved Swarovski. Beautiful style and classy but not expensive. Came here to exchange a ring since the one I bought was too big. The lady who assisted me was so helpful and friendly. But another time, the staff ignored me and was cold.
Absolute worse experience with the manager. I had a ring I wanted to return. Never worn had all the boxes and bags it came with. Had the receipt and was well within the return date. I purchased the ring at a location in South Jersey. I paid with apple pay and she said because the receipt doesn't match the card I have she cannot do the return. And mind you, apple pay does this where it encrypts your card number. I only have one credit card I use it could not possibly have been any other card. She said she can't help me and th... read more
